The Inn was spotless from the lobby up to the room. The front desk folks very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet even though we were right across from the elevator. A very beautiful setting as well.
In the heart of Andover MA in beautiful Phillips Academy grounds. Perfect spot to base camp for a few days while we explored our old home town and meet friends. Massive room! Great amenities and such a lovely quiet area.
The Andover Inn is so wonderful. Its a nice little hidden gem that was absolutely perfect for our vow renewal this past weekend. Nicolette was phenomenal to work with and her teammate Michael was also wonderful while covering for her during maternity leave. The guestrooms are beautiful, unique, and comfortable! Every one of my guests was so complimentary of the guestrooms they booked. Paul, who took care of the majority of my guests, as well as my room/suite, was fantastic!! He was kind, informative, accommodating, and easy to speak with regarding any concerns. Kathryn, our bartender, was also amazing. Every guest at my event was gushing over her!! She is a keeper :) The event space, the Inn, the staff, and the overall venue is one of the best experiences I have had. Coming from the hospitality industry, I do tend to scrutinize a little more and my expectations were met with above and beyond service. Thank you to all who made our event exactly what we wanted!!

We had such a nice stay at Andover Inn - quiet, clean hotel with really kind staff. Located on a pretty campus and walkable to town. Great central location for us to get to all the Massachusetts spots on our travel itinerary and a wonderful place to end at and relax every night.
